Our DF Model Continuous Ice Cream Freezers can produce various capacities of Gelato, Plant-Based Ice Cream, Sorbets, Sherberts, Mousses, Frozen Yogurt, Frozen Desserts, Low Fat Ice Cream, No Fat Ice Cream, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry Ice Cream. Our freezers can produce a bar with a stick as part of production.
Each of the freezers is capable of operating over a wide range of capacities, temperature/viscosity, overruns and product formulas.
